Policies for NannyTemps™ referrals

Fees
An Annual Registration Fee of $100 ($75 for renewal) is paid which gives access to our pool of temporary caregivers. The agency fee of $18-45 per caregiver visit depends on the nature of the temporary job. The fee is charged to the credit card when the job is filled. Hourly rates vary among caregivers ($13-15 per hour) and are paid directly to the caregiver by the client.

Cancellation
Up to $100 of the agency fee is non-refundable, if the client cancels. Cancellations must be made to the agency with a 24-hour notice or by 4:00pm Friday for a Saturday, Sunday or Monday temp job to avoid payment to the nanny. For long term temps, a one week notice is required. Failure to cancel within the prescribed time frame will result in payment to the nanny of:

1. 25% of potential earnings for temp jobs 10 days or shorter.

2. One-week severance pay for temp jobs over 10 days in length.

Notice of cancellation must be made to the agency. If the nanny procures another job in its place, required payment to nanny is waived.

Services
All services must be contracted through the office of The Philadelphia Nanny Network, Inc. Any arrangements made with the caregiver without the agency will be charged on the credit card at the current rates. All caregivers are independent contractors and not employees of The Philadelphia Nanny Network, Inc. The client on behalf of itself and all successors and assigns agrees to forever indemnify, release and hold harmless The Philadelphia Nanny Network, Inc., it's directors, agents, employees and officers for any and all claims action, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or in any way connected with the performance of or services provided by the caregivers.
