Policies for Hotel Referrals

Fees
Agency fee of $35 per caregiver visit is charged to the credit card when the nanny commits to the job. Hourly rates vary among caregivers ($13-15 per hour) and are paid directly to the caregiver by the client. The client pays parking fees where applicable.

Cancellation
The agency fee is non-refundable, if the client cancels. A 24-hour notice is required to avoid payment to the nanny. The caregiver is paid a 4-hour minimum if the job is canceled with less than a 24-hour notice or she cannot procure another job for that time period.

Services
All services must be contracted through the office of The Philadelphia Nanny Network, Inc. Any arrangements made with the caregiver without the agency will be charged on the credit card at the current rates. All caregivers are independent contractors and not employees of The Philadelphia Nanny Network, Inc. The client on behalf of itself and all successors and assigns agrees to forever indemnify, release and hold harmless The Philadelphia Nanny Network, Inc., it's directors, agents, employees and officers for any and all claims action, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or in any way connected with the performance of or services provided by the caregivers.

Activities
Hotel swimming pools or activities off the hotel premises are prohibited unless expressed in writing by the client to the caregiver.
