Nicole is a career nanny since the late 90s. She worked for her last family for 8 years until the children were in school full time. Nicole is eager to find her next full time position. She is loved by her employers not only because of her skill as a childcare provider but because of her kind nature and the initiative she takes. Nicole is certainly one to go the extra mile whether it be housekeeping or researching age-appropriate activities to do with the children and creating a calendar! Nicole is known for her flexibility, which has helped several of her family's when they've been running late or just needed an extra evening or weekend day here or there.
