Nicole is a career nanny since the late 90s. She worked for her last family for 8 years until the children were in school full time. Nicole is eager to find her next full time position. Betty's been a Newborn Care Specialist for the past 30 years and enjoys it to the fullest! She's worked with many different situations such as NICU newborns, micropremies, bradies, triplets and colicky babies and many more. She's worked for high profile families and gets 90% of her jobs from word of mouth referrals. Betty got into this business because her son was born with a mild form of autism. When she was a young mom at home she thought how great it would have been to have someone to help her when she brought her son home and decided that is exactly what she wanted to do for other moms. She began immediately taking classes and has enjoyed her chosen profession ever since!
